The Dementia Test

This is a test for Dementia. Dementia is defined as a chronic or persistent disorder of the mental processes caused by brain disease or injury and marked by memory disorders, personality changes, and impaired reasoning. This test is a first line screening test and should be used as a way to have a conversation with the person taking the test. The test is designed to be administered by a lay person or a professional verbally using the app as a guide. The app is self-scoring and will guide you on what to do next. This test should be used in conjunction with a physical examination by a healthcare professional, a full neuropsychological assessment, and other healthcare assessments as directed by your physician, psychologist, or other healthcare professional.
